Data Deletion

Remove a connected platform or request deletion of information associated with your ELIA account.

  1. 1. Disconnect inside ELIA.
    Sign in, open Social Publisher, find the connected platform, and choose Disconnect. For TikTok, this deletes ELIA's stored TikTok connection record and encrypted access and refresh tokens. Equivalent connection records are removed for other supported providers.
  2. 2. Revoke access on the platform.
    You can also remove ELIA from the connected platform's own security, app, or business-integration settings. Revocation prevents further use of that authorization even if a local session remains open.
  3. 3. Request complete ELIA deletion.
    Email clipvault.iofficial@gmail.com from the address associated with your ELIA account. Include only the account email and names of connected accounts. Never include credentials.
  4. 4. Verification and completion.
    ELIA may verify account ownership before deleting account records, connection records, encrypted credentials, retained source media, and delivery history. Valid requests are completed within a reasonable period, subject to security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal retention requirements.
Deleting ELIA data does not delete content already published on a connected platform or an inbox draft held by that platform. Delete those items in the applicable platform.
