Terms of Service
Rules for using ELIA Social Publisher to prepare and deliver original media to accounts you are authorized to manage.
Effective July 30, 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, connecting a platform, or using ELIA Social Publisher, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to manage every account, channel, Page, profile, and media item you connect or submit.
2. The service
ELIA provides creator publishing tools that can store workflow settings, connect supported platforms through OAuth, preview or match original media, send media to selected destinations, and report delivery state. A TikTok inbox delivery creates a draft for you to finish inside TikTok; ELIA does not publish that inbox draft for you.
3. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant ELIA a limited permission to host, process, copy, transmit, and display the content only as needed to provide the workflow you request. You are responsible for the selected media, destinations, captions, disclosures, audience settings, music and other rights, and every instruction you give ELIA.
4. Connected platforms
Your use of TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, and other connected services remains governed by their terms, policies, permissions, quotas, technical requirements, and review decisions. ELIA cannot grant platform access, bypass restrictions, guarantee delivery, or guarantee that a platform will publish or retain content.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use ELIA to upload or distribute content you do not own or have permission to use; infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights; publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, dangerous, or platform-policy-violating material; impersonate others; evade platform enforcement; distribute spam; probe credentials or security; introduce malware; or interfere with ELIA or a connected service.
6. Account and credential security
Keep your ELIA and connected-platform accounts secure. Do not share passwords or place access tokens, refresh tokens, encryption keys, or app secrets in browser fields, media, screenshots, source control, or support requests. Promptly disconnect a platform and contact Support if access may have been compromised.
7. Availability and changes
ELIA is provided on an as-available basis. Platform APIs and permissions may change without ELIA's control. ELIA may pause a destination, require reconnection, add reasonable limits, or change the implementation to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, or preserve reliable operation.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ELIA by pausing delivery, disconnecting platforms, and requesting account deletion. ELIA may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, unpaid obligations if paid services are introduced, or material violations of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, ELIA disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for platform outages, revoked permissions, rejected or delayed deliveries, deleted posts, lost reach, loss caused by unauthorized content, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
