Privacy Policy
How ELIA Social Publisher handles creator accounts, original media, publishing choices, platform credentials, and delivery records.

1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the ELIA Social Publisher website and creator publishing workspace. ELIA helps authorized creators prepare and deliver their own original media to social accounts they choose to connect. ELIA is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by TikTok, Meta, Google, or YouTube.
2. Information ELIA processes
ELIA may process your ELIA account identifier and email address; connected-platform identifiers, display names, usernames, avatars, channel or Page names, granted scopes, and connection timestamps; encrypted OAuth access and refresh credentials and their expiration dates; original video files and related metadata such as filenames, size, duration, captions, destination selections, audience or interaction choices where applicable, upload identifiers, timestamps, and delivery status; and limited security, error, and operational logs.
3. TikTok information and permissions
When you connect TikTok, ELIA uses TikTok Login Kit and the permissions you approve. The user.info.basic permission is used to display the connected creator's identity so you can confirm the destination. The video.upload permission is used only when you choose to send an authorized video to your TikTok inbox as a draft. TikTok inbox drafts are not published by ELIA; you open TikTok to edit and publish them.
4. How information is used
ELIA uses information to authenticate you; establish and display the connections you request; validate eligible destinations; show a media preview; transfer media only after you initiate or enable the applicable workflow; report processing state; retry temporary failures; prevent duplicate deliveries; secure, maintain, and support the service; investigate abuse; and meet legal obligations.
5. How information is shared
ELIA sends media and the minimum required metadata to the social destination you select, including TikTok when you request an inbox draft. Hosting, database, authentication, storage, and monitoring providers process information only as needed to operate ELIA. ELIA does not sell personal information, sell connected-account data, or use platform data for behavioral advertising. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
6. Credential and media security
Production traffic uses HTTPS. OAuth credentials are exchanged on the server, encrypted before database storage, and are not returned to the browser after connection. Access is restricted by account and server-side authorization checks. Original media is processed only for the requested workflow. No internet service can promise absolute security, so promptly disconnect ELIA and contact Support if you believe a connected account was compromised.
7. Retention
ELIA retains connection credentials until you disconnect, revoke access, the credentials expire, or a valid deletion request is completed. Media and delivery records are retained only for the creator workflow, operational history, security, and support, and may be deleted by the account owner or through a valid request. Limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or law.
8. Your choices and deletion
You can decline platform authorization, disable a destination, disconnect a platform, revoke ELIA from the platform's own settings, or request deletion. Disconnecting TikTok deletes ELIA's stored TikTok authorization record and encrypted tokens. See the Data Deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
9. Children
ELIA Social Publisher is a creator and business publishing tool, is not directed to children under 13, and is not intended for anyone who cannot lawfully authorize the connected accounts or content.
10. Contact and changes
For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact clipvault.iofficial@gmail.com. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, encryption keys, or app secrets. ELIA may update this policy when its workflow, providers, or legal obligations change; the effective date identifies the current version.
