Email clipvault.iofficial@gmail.com with a short description of the issue. Include the affected platform, approximate time, and the ELIA error message. Never include passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, encryption keys, or app secrets.

TikTok connection and inbox drafts

• Confirm that the connected TikTok display name shown in ELIA is the intended creator account.
• Use an MP4 you created or are authorized to distribute, preview it, confirm your rights, and choose Send to TikTok inbox.
• After TikTok accepts the transfer, open the notification in the TikTok app to edit and publish the draft.
• If authorization or permissions changed, disconnect TikTok in ELIA, reconnect, and approve the permissions again.
• If TikTok reports a pending-upload cap or account restriction, complete or remove pending drafts in TikTok before retrying.

Facebook and Instagram checklist

• Confirm you manage the intended Facebook Page and can create content on it.
• Confirm the Instagram account is professional and linked to that Page.
• Reconnect Meta after permissions or Page-to-Instagram links change.
• Select the Page explicitly in ELIA and verify that the expected Instagram account appears.

Privacy and deletion

Review the Privacy Policy or follow the Data Deletion instructions to disconnect platforms, revoke authorization, or request deletion.
